These are the standard keyboard shortcuts and shortcut menu options for OIV 3.x. To access the shortcut menu for a particular workspace, right- or (Control-) click with your mouse within the desired pane or during your presentation. If you would like to assign different keyboard shortcuts to various functions, please see: Changing keyboard shortcuts. You can also download PDF guides to shortcuts for PCs and Macs.

General workspace
These keyboard shortcuts are always available, no matter which pane you are working in. Please note, for Macs, 
= Command key and

Slide presentation
These are the keyboard shortcuts and shortcut menu options available during the Slide presentation. To access the shortcut menu, right- or (Control-) click with your mouse. Additional shortcuts are availble for images in zoomable slide templates.

Change keyboard shortcuts
If you would like to assign different keyboard shortcuts to the OIV functions mapped out above, you will need to edit a file within OIV's program files.
- Go to the OIV's program files and locate one of the following XML files, depending on whether you are using OIV on a Mac or a PC: mac_example_actions.xml or windows_example_actions.xml
- On a PC, if you followed the standard installation procedure, you can find this file in the following location: C:\Program Files\3.0\OIV
- On a Mac, if you followed the standard installation procedure, you can find this file in the following location: /Applications/OIV.app/Contents/Resources. You may need to use the Shift-
-G keyboard shortcut to browse to this location.
- Open the file (mac_example_actions.xml or windows_example_actions.xml), and then edit the keyboard shortcuts, as desired.
- Then, re-save the file as either mac_actions.xml or windows_actions.xml to the same location.
