These are common issues encountered by OIV users.

  • I cannot download the installation file.
  • I cannot open some of my OIV files.
  • When I open an OIV file, the images have red error messages on them.
  • I cannot import some of my images.
  • I cannot import my PowerPoint file.
  • I cannot logon to download ARTstor image groups.
  • Not all of the images in my group are downloading into OIV.
  • I get error messages when saving a file.

Please note: If you have additional problems, you may report the issue by going to the "Help" toolbar menu and selecting the "Report a bug" option. Use the fields provided to describe your problem and enter your email address. Then, click on the "Report" button to send your message and log files to ARTstor User Services.
