Share files
Once you have saved personal file into groups, you may share them just as you would a normal group of ARTstor images:
Once you have saved your personal files to a group, you can download them into OIV for presentation purposes. For more information, please see: Importing ARTstor image groups into OIV.
Upload local images from OIV
You can upload local image files from OIV to your Personal Collection. This alternative method of uploading will allow you to upload more than five images at a time, which is the current limit when you upload files through ARTstor. For detailed instructions, please see: Uploading local images from OIV.
Upload slide presentations from OIV
You may upload slide presentations created in OIV to your Personal Collection. This will allow you to share them with other ARTstor users, just as you would an Image Group.
- First, upload your slides from OIV to your Personal Collection.
- During the upload process, your OIV slides will be saved as images to your Personal Collection in a special category called "OIV slides."
- They will also be saved as an Image Group in your My Work Folder, with the title of your presentation's file name followed by "(slides)."
- Once the upload is complete, log into your ARTstor account.
- You may now...
