Request to move your ARTstor account
Users who leave one ARTstor particpating account to go to another do not need to create a new account. Instead, please email ARTstor User Services and include in the body of your message:
- Your ARTstor account login email
- The full name of your former institution
- The full name of your new institution
Once you have been notified the account has been migrated you can log in from on-site at your new institution to change the email address login if you wish.
Accounts that are moved will retain any folders and image groups created in that account, minus any images that were unique to your previous institution, such as a local hosted collection.
